Poetry By Chuck

I too hope.....

that your love grows into understanding.
that your lives entwine into happiness.
that your minds stay separate but joined in conversation.
that your souls touch in song and bring forth the birth of a new life.
that your hands never linger long without the touch of your loved one.
that your home is blessed with music and laughter all the days of your life.
that your ventures are poetic in their wanderings and never arrive at an end.
that your eyes will always seek, explore, and discover
the new each of you creates each day.

...and as the days, weeks, months and years pass...

I too hope...

You will find that love is wisdom.
You will find that patience is a virtue.
You will find that listening is genuine love.
You will find that forgiveness is from the heart.
You will find that each day is a blessing to cherish.
You will find that each new life....is from God.

...and when you finally arrive at old age....

I too hope...

that you will have discovered...

the wonder of true love...

beautiful piece, how love-inspiring! I especially liked 'each of you creates each day.' The separation into three areas was great, and the prose style seemed appropriate! Thanks for your happy wishes, and I too hope all the above comes true!
